What is the file upload feature?
When starting a new thread, you can click the '+ Attachment' button in the search bar to upload files. Felo can analyze the content of the files and maintain contextual coherence in the conversation, extracting the most important information to provide relevant answers.

File Upload Limitations
- File Size: Maximum 25 MB.
- Daily Upload Limit:
- Free Users: Up to 3 file analyses per day, supporting 1 file per Q&A, with a maximum of 1 million words processed.
- Felo Pro Users: Unlimited file analyses per day, supporting 10 files per Q&A, with a maximum of 2 million words processed.
Privacy Policy
We will strictly protect your file privacy. Uploaded files are only used to customize responses to your questions or complete related tasks, and will never be used for any other purpose or shared or accessed. We always prioritize your privacy and security.
File Retention Period
Files will be retained for 7 days. After 7 days, the file content will be deleted. However, subsequent answers within the same thread will still retain the previous context. Felo Pro will permanently retain files.
