Payment:

Felo Search partners with Stripe, a leading global payment service provider, to offer subscription services, ensuring the safety of your funds and service experience.

Currently, only credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX) are supported. Please refer to the following payment procedure:

  1. Log in to Felo Search. If you are not registered, create a new account.
  2. On the main search interface, click the 'User Avatar' menu on the left sidebar.
  3. Click the 'Manage Subscription' menu item to open the subscription interface.
  4. Select 'Professional Version' and click the 'Upgrade Now' button to proceed with the payment.

After successfully binding your card and subscribing, you can enjoy the Felo Pro Search service.

Billing:

You can check Felo Search billing by following these steps:

  1. Visit Felo Search and log in to your account.
  2. Click the 'User Avatar' menu on the left sidebar of the main search interface.
  3. Click the 'Manage Subscription' menu item to open the subscription billing interface. Please note that only paying users can check;

Subscription:

Felo Search currently offers one subscription plan for $14.99/month, including the following features:

  • Standard plan features included
  • 100 professional searches per day
  • Digs deeper into answers for you
  • Choose LLM model search experience freely (including GPT-4, Claude3-Opus, etc.)

Cancellation:

Follow these steps to cancel your subscription:

  1. Visit Felo Search and log in to your account.
  2. Click the 'User Avatar' menu on the left sidebar of the main search interface.
  3. Click the 'Manage Subscription' menu item to open the subscription interface.
  4. Click the 'Cancel' button to proceed with the cancellation.
