How are accounts managed and secured in Felo Search?
- Free Account: Through a free account, you can experience the core features of Felo Search, including five 'Professional Searches' per day, designed to enhance your experience and productivity.
- Creating an Account: The simplest way to create an account is by logging in with your Google account. This secure method provides long-term access to Felo Search. Alternatively, you can register using your email address. After registration, a login link will be sent to your email, guiding you to securely use Felo Search.
- Account Security and Management: We support creating passwords. If you did not register with a Google account, you can use the 'Forgot Password' link to send a secure link to your email to log in and update your password.
- Changing Email Address: It is not possible to change the registered email address. If you cannot use your email or need to change it for security reasons, contact us for assistance.
- Transferring 'Pro Subscription' to a New Account: This feature is not currently available. If you need to transfer your 'Pro Subscription' to a new account, contact us for assistance.
- Sharing Accounts: For privacy and security reasons, it is strongly recommended not to share your account. To protect your information, do not share your account.
