From this source to this video
See the source material and production brief used for this sample. The source and video are in English; the practice text in other page languages is there for you to adapt.
Before publishing, check the facts, captions and permission to use the materials.
Three sources. One process to explain.
Create a 45-second English video for colleagues handling requests. Use the current workflow and FAQ below; the old meeting notes are background only. Explain where to submit a request, who handles it and how completion is confirmed. Add narration, captions and simple process graphics; do not invent response times.

Try a small document pack
Fictional practice materials for a request-handling guide. The button fills the text into this page; it does not upload files or start generation.

workflow-v2.md
Current procedure · v2
Requests go in the shared tracker. A coordinator assigns an owner. The owner records the outcome and the requester confirms completion.
Do not present email intake or Friday reviews as current procedure.
Use workflow-v2.md as the current procedure. faq.txt adds the urgent label only. meeting-v1.txt is an outdated draft: do not use its email intake or Friday review proposal as current instructions.
Choose one brief at a time. Each button adds the source excerpts and priority rule; review them before generating.

What do your documents need to explain?
Project handoff
Give the next person the context
Create a handoff video from my project notes. Identify the current status, assigned roles and next steps. Keep unresolved questions visible instead of guessing answers.
Process guide
Show how the work moves forward
Turn my approved procedure and FAQ into a step-by-step video. Preserve the sequence, responsibilities and exceptions; use the current guide when old notes differ.
Team update
Explain what changed and what comes next
Use my status document and meeting notes to make a team update. Separate confirmed decisions from proposals and explain which actions need an owner.
Customer walkthrough
Explain the next step for your customer
Turn my customer-facing instructions into a short video. Focus on what the customer needs to do and exclude internal notes or unapproved promises.

01
Reuse the material you have
Begin with your approved notes instead of drafting a new script from scratch.

Document to video: common questions
Which document formats can I add?
The upload picker accepts DOC/DOCX, TXT, Markdown and PDF, among other formats. Upload acceptance does not guarantee complete extraction; paste important text if the file cannot be read.
Can I use several documents in one video?
You can attach multiple files to the same request. Say what each contributes and which version takes priority. Review the result for omissions or conflicts; files in one message share a 100 MB total limit.
How does this differ from PDF to Video?
The PDF page focuses on extracting key points from a PDF and checking pages or figures. This page helps organize working documents, notes and supporting material around an audience and an action.
Can I connect Google Docs or keep videos in sync?
This page does not provide a live document connection. Export a supported file or paste the relevant text. Source edits do not automatically update an existing video.
Will it preserve every sentence and the original layout?
It may summarize or rewrite for narration. Specify essential wording and review it. The output is a visual explanation, not a page-for-page replica of the document.
Are voiceover, captions and background music included?
Yes. Describe the tone and language you need, then check pronunciation, caption wording and music level before sharing.
